This is why FUTO exists.
Lawfare and the Supreme Court aren't a silver bullet. We can't just sue our way into a censorship-free internet. As long as ultra-centralized levers of power over public discourse exist, those in power will be tempted to pull on them. The key is to shorten these levers and break them up. To do this, you need engineers, not just lawyers.
