Who remembers the museums in video games? This stuff used to be so cool to see.
It's a shame we don't see this anymore. Now it's more so a 2D menu with a collectibles screen that you can access from the menu.
This looks quite good for a WIP. Definitely plan to keep an eye on this mod!
This is a First Person Camera mod for Assassin's Creed Unity, and it has a download link.
The camera follows Arno's animated head, hides the head & hood from the main view while preserving cast shadows, and automatically pulls back when the camera approaches geometry. It is designed for immersive walking, parkour, combat, and exploration.
The mod author has said it's not nearly complete. It's still decently polished for what it is, and it reminds me of Dying Light 2. I hope he continues to polish and smoothen this out.
It's brutal, but that's the unfortunate reality of gaming today.
The cost of development has become so steep that a single misstep can wipe a studio off the map just like that. Unless you're backed by a publisher with millions to burn, every new project is a massive gamble. You're either betting it all on an Expedition 33 type release, or pulling a Samson.

Sometimes I'd watch through my scheduled YouTube videos before bed to proof watch, but I would often keep knocking out halfway through.
At this point, I can't tell if my videos are putting me to sleep or if I'm just genuinely that exhausted. Starting to question my entire YouTube career here.
I will always be an Assassin's Creed Origins defender. Almost 10 years later, and it's still the best RPG AC era game, and has not been surpassed since..
Here's something that will make you feel old:
- Assassin's Creed Origins released in 2017
- Assassin's Creed 1 released in 2007
meaning the gap between AC1 and Origins was roughly the same as the gap between Origins and today. Origins is officially the middle point of the franchise. You'd probably naturally think of Unity/Syndicate as the middle, but it's somehow not.
Finished watching the first Hellraiser. This must've slapped back in 1987. It was decent. I assume we'll see more of the cenobites in later movies because they barely appear in this.
Don't let miserable sacks of shit on this app ruin your excitement for GTA 6 just because they've made being a contrarian their entire personality.
I've seen so many edgy accounts, all with a common theme, trying their hardest to make people feel like shit for being excited about the most anticipated piece of media in history. It's been 13 years since the last GTA. We're just 1 month away from the biggest game in history. Relish this pre release hype because it won't come around often.
Oh, and if you are someone that thinks you're superior to others because you like less popular games, that's just embarrassing. Go do something with your life outside of being edgy on twitter.

- Ink brush style ability icons, a health bar, and an ornate bar with a yin yang emblem visible on screen.
- First prototype footage dates back to February 2025
- Animations featuring male and female characters suggest players may have been able to choose their character’s gender.
