There is nothing as good, as a good question. I’m starting thread of good questions I find.

I cut way back on my bots inside of @bot and my usage is much better. Down to 14 right now and trying to consolidate a bit more.

Open HubSpot. Find one workflow that hasn't fired in 90 days. Check whether it's seasonal before you turn it off. Either way, put a person's name next to it.

When coding gets cheap, every tool starts doing everything. That's when CRM ownership matters more, not less.

Small nonprofit admins spend December matching gifts across spreadsheets, HubSpot, and the bank. GiftKeep keeps the gift ledger in one place, with optional two-way HubSpot sync.

Three HubSpot changes worth acting on: No more new legacy private apps. Service keys now. Pipelines API V1 stops working Dec 4. Deal approvals take up to 30 approvers, up from 10. Free HubSpot Helper for the rest: x.ai/bot/YELCIJ_5UrbwjP-4pm_…

The HubSpot property nobody owns is the one that quietly breaks every report.

Giving Tuesday is under 4 weeks out. If gift records live in three places, the thank-you list will take longer than the campaign.

Feedback I have been using more and more to my AI - make this less autistic. It works so well.

Cursor just shipped one-prompt web apps that deploy themselves. Building the app got easy. Who owns the customer records it writes to is still the hard part.

#ad When an SDR emails an active customer, it isn't carelessness. The tool never knew who your customers were. Amplemarket can pull exclusions from HubSpot by lifecycle stage or deal status, so they drop out before a rep builds a list. grow.amplemarket.com/h3sjnh

Tested your HubSpot form from the office and no contact showed up? If your office IP is excluded from analytics, HubSpot marks it as spam by default — no contact created. Check Spam submissions first. Free HubSpot Helper for the rest: x.ai/bot/YELCIJ_5UrbwjP-4pm_…

Upgrading a HubSpot integration to the 2026-09 API? Your admin's required-field rules now apply to API writes, not just the UI. Miss a conditional required property or a Create Record required field and you get a 400. Free HubSpot Helper if you get stuck: x.ai/bot/YELCIJ_5UrbwjP-4pm_…

The reason someone buys is rarely the reason they tell you. if you ask a buyer why they chose you and they kinda feel compelled to be polite... price features integrations yada yada their real reasoning is usually kept private or is hard for them to articulate. it made them look smart to their boss it kept them out of a bad meeting it let them stop dealing with a problem that was embarrassing to still have nobody says that on a sales call (typically) so it never shows up in your notes, your survey, or your homepage. which means your homepage was written from the PC reasoning, and sounds like every other homepage ask two different questions instead: "what were you worried would happen if you picked wrong?" "who did you have to convince?"

Thinking in systems and patterns is both a blessing and a curse. I understand things in a way a lot of other people don't. It gives me insight. Sometimes the insight that people want me to see, sometimes what they don't want me to see.

Building your own duplicate finder on top of HubSpot? Check this first. HubSpot's new beta Data Quality API reads its own duplicate pairs, each with a 0 to 1 similarity score. Read-only — merging is still on you. Free HubSpot Helper for the rest: x.ai/bot/YELCIJ_5UrbwjP-4pm_…

Hiring exceptional people may be one of the most asymmetric investments a company can make. A great person doesn’t just do their own job well. They make better decisions. Solve harder problems. Raise the standard. Attract other talented people. Help the people around them get better. One exceptional hire can create value far beyond a single role. Investing in great people compounds.
