Fun fact: Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart was a customer of mine at a store I used to work at later in his life. He was always very laid back. Chill. But one day after months of helping him, I nonchalantly told him I was a big fan of he and Bret’s WrestleMania 7 promo. Anvil lit up like a Christmas tree, realizing I’d been hiding that I was a fan and proceeded to tell me a cool story about how he and Bret were sitting at a bar the night before when he got the idea for the promo and quickly grabbed a napkin and scribbled it down before he forgot. Any time he’d come in after that? He always put on a little bit more of that Anvil wrestler swag and would tell me fun little stories. I’ll always cherish those memories. – at Land O' Lakes, FL
