What becomes possible when we stop clinging?
Last year, I started writing a book called HOW TO LET GO. But the more I wrote, the more I realized something wasn't working.
The ideas made sense on my screen, but they really came alive on stage. I found countless new truths in the laughter, the pauses, the tears, the stories.
Turns out, some ideas deserve a stage more than a page. So I set the manuscript aside and started building my first solo live show.
Today, I'm excited to announce the first three cities:
Seattle — Sep 11
Vancouver — Sep 12
New York City — Oct 18
I'd love to see you there.
Tickets are at the link in our bio.

P.S. Where should I bring the tour next?
Spend an evening with one of The Minimalists. The How to Let Go Tour will be at @citywinerynyc in a few days. This event is going to sell out, but there are still a few tickets left right now. Get them before they’re gone. Link in bio.
New York, I’m coming! I’ll be @citywinerynyc on October 18. There are still a few tickets left. Link in bio.

New York City! I’m going to be in Chelsea for a tour stop in a few weeks, and I’ve gotta to know: what’s one hidden gem I must visit while I’m in town—restaurant, museum, coffee shop?
And if you’d like to spend an evening with one of The Minimalists, join me for the How to Let Go Tour @citywinerynyc on October 18. Link in bio.
How delightful to be uncomfortable again.
Speaking of discomfort, I’ll be in New York City @citywinerynyc on October 18 for the next stop on the How to Let Go Tour. Drop your favorite restaurant in the comments. And if you’re in town, come spend the evening with me. Link in bio.
Last year, I started working on my eighth book—it’s called How to Let Go. But the more I wrote, the more I realized something just wasn’t working.
I mean, the ideas made perfect sense on my computer screen, but they really came alive when I tried them out on stage—the laughter, the pauses, the tears, and the interactions with the audience. It was like stand-up comedy mixed with one of my TED Talks.
Don’t get wrong, I love books—print books, ebooks, audiobooks. But I’ve never seen a live book—until now.
Turns out, some ideas deserve a stage more than a page. So I hope you’ll join me for The Minimalists new tour—the How to Let Go Tour is the first ever live book experience. The next stop is in New York City on October 18 @citywinerynyc. There are still a few tickets left. Link in bio.
New York! I’m going to be in town on 10/18. What’s one hidden gem I have to visit while I’m there—restaurant, museum, coffee shop, whatever?
Bonus points if it’s in Manhattan, but if you’ve got a secret spot in Queens or Hoboken, I’m just as curious. Let me know. Just don’t say the Statue of Liberty, okay :)
And if you’re around, come spend the evening with me @CityWineryNYC

Yesterday I stopped by T.K. Coleman's new gameshow, ONE QUESTION, and spoke about things I've never discussed publicly.
