Govt agrees:
🌍Reusable nappies have a lower carbon footprint
& use 98% fewer raw materials
🗑️UK throws away 3.6 billion single-use nappies every year
But then says they have no plans to take action! 🤦♀️

Government conclusions from a study of resuable versus single-use nappies suit entrenched commercial interests, and defy logic.
10 million single-use nappies in landfill or incineration every day!

Great to see @DefraGovUK publish the long-awaited report on the environmental impact of nappies.
Reusables have a 25% lower carbon footprint than single-use nappies!
So now - what is the govt going to do about it?
