I have ended the stream I want say thank you to the people that tried to help me, but I’ll be trying to issue refunds. I dont have a year to stream to earn the lowest estimate and its obvious people are struggling. I’m sorry everything I do falls apart.

This is absolutely part of it. It is a known thing to us creators "oh my contact is leaving... guess I don't exist to that brand anymore". Which is exactly why I say every brand needs a Database on their end for this. The new hire can easily get a feel before ever reaching out.

Why did this happen? My amazing rep had a baby and left. replacement had 20 names, sometimes the same name many times, but the person in the email never is. We tried to fix this for our 24/7 stream. We reached out to our new rep, they left days after their introduction email 🙄
