Update: @itvnews has seen a copy of the 2018 letter which was passed to Meghan by the Metropolitan Police, outlining allegations about her father, Thomas Markle.
It was this letter - written by someone close to the Markle family - which caused Meghan to cease all contact with her father. As she wrote today, it was to "protect" her children, Archie and Lilibet.
So the @metpoliceuk state that they are NOT investigating Mr. Markle Senior, nor have they been investigating Mr. Markle Senior.
Well, this is awkward.
Why would she have wanted to contact somebody she had cut out of her life, because she believed since 2018 that he may have been involved in CSA?
