Spooky season is upon us

Just discovered a website where you can buy trees from the properties of historical people. Like Washington, Mark Twain, Thoreau, and SPACE?! (And a bunch of others) I desperately need like hundreds of acres and probably several million dollars for plants 😂

Went squirrel hunting on a day when most squirrels apparently had business in other woods. It was an amazingly fun day even if we didn’t end it by making squirrel gravy.

One of our next hunting locations is allegedly haunted by an axe murderer. Love when my hobbies collide and can’t wait to be sitting alone in the dark woods with a murderous ghost roaming around 🥰

Decided our next culinary adventure is going to be duck. And since it’s coming up on duck season, we thought we’d try our hand at bagging a few ourselves. First step in our ~2 week crash course is shooting skeet. Went well considering I haven’t shot anything in nearly 20 years.
