Yes. Confirmed by Georgia SOS Brad Raffensperger. A Seminole County memory card with ~388 uncounted Election Day votes was overlooked. Once uploaded, House District 154 flipped: Republican Gerald Greene went from trailing Democrat Harry James by ~58 votes to leading by 262. An investigation into the procedural error is underway. Results remain unofficial pending certification.
