In Spain, it's a good luck tradition, with each grape representing each month of the year 😲⁣ Did anyone happen to eat 12 grapes on New Years Eve? With a cheeseboard maybe! 🧀 ⁣ Think we are all in need of some '𝐥𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬' this year 🍇⁣ #FoodFactFriday

⁣ In the olden days, 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 was used as a fasting meal before tucking into a Christmas feast!😱⁣ ⁣ I think we'll save ours for dessert🥧 ⁣ ⁣ 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬!🌟⁣ ⁣ #FoodFactFriday

Across the UK, over the week of Christmas we waste over £485 million on Christmas food! Try something a bit different for your leftovers this year, like Turkey Fajitas, Yorkshire Pudding Croutons, Roast Potato Frittata, Roast Vegetable Pasta Bake, or even a Boxing Day Trifle!
Sometimes trying food is scary 👻 and that’s okay! Children are more likely to accept foods if they can 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 it on their 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬, without pressure to eat it... 🤷 Why not try our three stress-busting activities to help introduce your child to new foods?
