- Hire an elite manager (Emery).
- Give them complete control and power
- Let them bring their own people and own DOF
- Sell deadwood & toxic players
- Sign some top players in key positions

Spurs dominated possession, they doesn’t mean they dominated the whole game.
Spurs only had 4 shots on target and 1 big chance in the whole game. We also had 4 shots on target.
