I'm sorry but the to have to advertise your humility on social media kinda feels anti-humble and against why you are doing it in the first place! Please save us all the posturing and just do what you do because it is the right thing to do and best for your team
It may be just the young guns, but what on earth has happened here! Fantastic for the @ikeytigers !! No idea what happened at Maties with their resources?
Proteas again showing they are by far the best balanced and dangerous team in this World Cup. More balanced than the last edition, bowling and batting - well it's unbelievably scary for lineups and attacks the world over! Like Djokovic at tennis, they've very few weak areas!
And importantly they don't have some unhealthy obsession with trying to play a way even when conditions or situations don't allow them to.

This is South Africa’s World Cup to lose. India and SA clearly two best teams. SA avoid India in semi final as well. Should be a good ride.

So good from the @WomenBoks ! SA rugby finally have a director who isn’t the head coach of the main side and the juniors, junior Boks, 7s and Women all flourish! Absolutely brilliant. A director should not be the head coach too - too much to do! Well done
Foote, @DaveWessels lead SA back to glory with an unbelievably exciting and gritty team! A team the whole country can be proud of. Well done chaps . To all players and staff. And a special mention to the captain - a post match speech at 19 of that ilk !! Wow
How does a big company allow a poster like this to be put up?
The importance of giving a shit still remains high in all businesses and teams .
I’m massive Wiaan mulder fan. Firstly as a human being and secondly as a cricketer. I love how hard he’s worked on his mind game. I, however , wish he’d gone for the record. I don’t agree with the leave it to legends argument. Would love to hear opinions?? Am I wrong ?
Two people in the Proteas team Bosch and Mulder doing well. This is so pleasing to see. There is something about a player who’s had to walk the journey and graft for their place that is appealing to me! Two very good gents too! Long may they continue

Fantastic news!! I hope he gets the requisite support and energy in that role - I have no doubt the @BLACKCAPS are very lucky to have him
I’m really looking forward to this

I have a lot of fun speaking to teams and organisations. I was once told by a colleague 10 years ago I was entertaining but not memorable.
I worked hard to change that and now feel so keen to share my messages after many experiences over the years.
