Our favourite pastimes here at TecRes is seeing how long it takes for someone to hit the bollard outside the store with their vehicle. Waiting to see when it next gets destroyed by someone’s reversing.
I can confirm that days without bollard incident has now been reset to: 1

Really impressed with how quickly all the needed works for the power outages has happened. That was a big hole they had to dig outside the store last week. Thank you to everyone who made sure to be careful around the window and helped keep a gap for the door so we could stay open
In the rare bits of downtime here we are painting shelves from the old worn out white to a new professional looking grey and they are looking fantastic! Lots more changes on the way when we get chance.
Last October our shop flooded from poor drainage from and heavy rainfall
Just in case we thought we were safe The heavy rain on Tuesday at 12:30 caused the road to turn halfway into a river again.
We got lucky as the rain stopped after 5 mins !

Flooding in the store! Water half way into the shop! Damaging our underfloor electrics and a number of boxes/products. Our team here worked hard all of Saturday to get the place tidy and operational and thanks to them and one amazing elecrtican we are fully operational Monday!

Computers and liquid just do not mix, so always be cautious with drinks and keeping them to close. If anything does spill on a device, turn it off immediately The longer you can leave it to dry out the better chance you have of keeping it working!
