Since you talked about transparency and accountability, here it is. One fact you left out: the $10K Two-Step account was provided to you free of charge as part of the partnership. You did not purchase it. BIRSAH (TCP) - THE FACTS 1. GIVEAWAY FRAUD BIRSAH and his team were caught manipulating a giveaway by allocating accounts to their own team members instead of the actual winners. We banned him. After the ban, he threatened to take the matter public. Despite this, we gave him another opportunity and reactivated his access with a $10K Two-Step account. The account initially had a 1% payout cap, which we later increased to the standard 5% payout-cycle cap. 2. THE $750 “REJECTED” PAYOUT He generated $750 in profit. The applicable 5% payout cap meant $500 was eligible. He received 80% of the eligible $500 = $400. The remaining $250 was removed because it exceeded the permitted payout cap. The eligible payout was processed. Following this, the partnership was terminated and the account was permanently removed. 3. THEN HE REQUESTED ANOTHER PARTNERSHIP After all of this, BIRSAH approached SLF again requesting another partnership. We rejected the request. The record is clear: Account provided free of charge. Multiple opportunities provided. $400 payout processed. Partnership terminated. Further partnership rejected. If transparency and accountability are the standard, the complete record needs to be presented, not a selective version of events. Final decision: Partnership rejected.
