Just finished watching the Pride of Britain Awards 2025. I am lost for words and don鈥檛 really know what to post here but thank you so much for the support. Greatest night of my life 拢50,000 raised that night for 20 @mindcharity running/walking groups all over the UK called Marcus鈥檚 movers. That is genuinely a dream come true and something I will take with me for the rest of my life. I don鈥檛 think it really set with me what happened until I got home. Never did imagine all those months ago when I went for a walk that all of this would have happened. We will always still have bad days but I promise you, no matter what you鈥檙e going through. Hang in there, it will get better- I promise. Over the last few weeks my dad has been massively deteriorating and we didn鈥檛 think he鈥檇 make it to the night. As a family we made the hardest decision of our lives that in the next couple of weeks my dad will be moved into a home, so he has 24 hour care to keep an eye on him. So the awards was like one last dance with my old man. I love you dad Tonight was emotional, rewatching everyone鈥檚 stories and it showed me how great people can be in life. Those people are true heroes of our country and it was an honour to share that night with them. Mental health matters, we keep stomping, smiling and talking 鉂わ笍

The greatest surprise 鉂わ笍@AnneMarie @SamThompsonUK Pete Wicks. Thank you for presenting me the award last night. What each of these 3 have done for speaking about mental health is truly inspiring. Don鈥檛 often get star struck but when Anne-Marie came on the stage I鈥檒l be honest I was shaking a bit. Been supporting her since I saw her in Newcastle back in 2018. Got some exciting news to announce in next few days but cannot wait to see Sam and Pete again soon. Love them to bits and I鈥檝e only known them a day 馃槶

PRIDE OF BRITAIN 2025 WINNER 鉂わ笍 Well the news is out, last night i won a pride of Britain award. Truly the best night of my life, getting to meet some incredible people and hear many inspirational stories. Alongside a few magical moments that I鈥檒l share later on. There鈥檚 so many people who deserve a thank you including yourselves who have made this possible but no amount of words could express how grateful I am to win this. Although none of us do this for an award, I鈥檓 humbled by the support and love. 2 years ago I attempted not to be here anymore, 2 years later last night happened. Everyone鈥檚 tunnel is different, some peoples are long dark and have speed bumps but every tunnel ends at some point and that shows no matter how long or what we are going through- it will get better and I mean that. First ever film premiere, meeting Cillian Murphy and talking about mental health. What a beautiful night 鉂わ笍 Today I got the opportunity to go to Netflix鈥檚 UK premiere of their new movie Steve. An eye opening film about the reality of kids, teachers and UK鈥檚 mental health. Something I鈥檝e never seen before in a film. Was an honour to meet the cast of the show tonight. To speak to @LittleSimz and Jay Lycurgo about mental health and the struggles as teenagers meant so much. Also met the main man Cillian Murphy but bottled the photo, to even share a red carpet with him doesn鈥檛 seem like reality. The main thanks goes to @mindcharity for the invite. Thank you for continuing to always be there, saved my life 馃挋

First time under 100KG in over 3.5 years. On 19th march 2024 I weighed in at 145.6KG/23 stone. Today I stepped on the scales and now at 99.15Kg/15 stone. Since I began the fitness journey my main goal was to get back into double figures and feel more comfortable in my clothes. Today after a year and a half of training we鈥檝e ticked the goal off. After the UK run I weighed in at 107. Went back up to 112 after a month of a BAD binge eating- so spent the last few months really locking in to my diet again. I have no plan to stop training, the gym and running truly is a beautiful thing and hopefully I can keep ticking the pounds down in the process. It鈥檚 a slow journey but one I鈥檓 excited to keep plodding at馃

Honoured to be involved in the new @apple Watch advert in today鈥檚 Apple Launch Event鉂わ笍 Been so difficult to keep this quiet over the last month, couldn鈥檛 even tell the family haha but so grateful to be a small part in such an amazing thing. To be able to spread the awareness of mental health with the biggest brand in the world will never be topped. Thank you Apple for believing in the journey and helping spread the word 馃檹

One year ago today I completed my first ever marathon. 200+ people running with us in Hyde park over the day, meeting some inspirational humans and most of all raising awareness for mental health with it. Because of that day the 7th of September will always hold a special moment in my life. It鈥檚 been a crazy year since then, many ups-many downs but a year I鈥檒l never forget. Mental health matters 鉂わ笍

Thank you for the messages asking if I鈥檓 okay. Been taking some time off from here, as I鈥檓 not in the greatest headspace and want to get better in private. Also when I鈥檓 back I鈥檒l film a mile run to prove my time haha. Hope everyone is okay, YOU matter鉂わ笍

Just over a year ago I averaged a 15 minute, tonight I鈥檓 very grateful to have gotten a 6.20 while on my 5K. Long way to go in terms of speed but excited to keep working on it. Turning my training and dieting into my priority recently, the hunger to get under 100KG is everything right now. Not on socials too much atm but wanted to share a bit of progress. Hope everyone is having a nice summer 鉂わ笍

HALF MARATHON WITH IAIN WARD I rarely do announcements when I鈥檓 meeting or running with someone but this one is a dream come true. Next month on the 14th I will be flying to Ireland to be Iain鈥檚 guest for a half marathon in the town of Offaly. When you think of inspirations, Iain is probably the closest a person can get to the definition. His story, his strength and his love. To even meet him will be an honour but to do a challenge and talk with him will be a dream come true. Although the day will be so special on a personal note, what鈥檚 more incredible is Iain is taking on a challenge of doing a half marathon in 32 different counties, one every day next month. Cannot wait for him to smash it and to be able to play a part in a fraction of it. Thank you for this opportunity 鉂わ笍

Post I鈥檝e been contemplating to do for the last few weeks but a year ago at my worst- I always promised myself I鈥檇 speak out if anything was going on. About a month and a half ago I suffered my first ever panic attack whilst on a train to a concert. Suddenly was hit with vertigo, felt as if I was dying, heart was palpitating and I couldn鈥檛 breathe very well. Had no idea what it was but my mum comforted me and convinced my mind that I was infact okay. In the last few weeks I鈥檝e suffered 2 bad panic attacks but since the first been in a constant loop of health anxiety. I鈥檒l be honest I used to always think a panic attack was just a bit of anxiety but having experienced them I wouldn鈥檛 wish it upon anyone. Now I鈥檝e been keeping it to myself the last few weeks as I wanted to get over them in private and I don鈥檛 think everything needs to be put on social media but I know a lot of people out there have suffered with them and do still suffer. So I felt putting my experience out there may be a comfort to some- just know you are never alone. Slowly trying to get back into the running but may just need a little bit to get back to what it was like. Turning the comments off this post as that鈥檚 not why I鈥檝e posted this but my dms are always open to those who are struggling 鉂わ笍

FACE OF @mindcharity FOR LONDON MARATHON 2026 馃挋 Delighted to announce I have been invited to run in the London Marathon next year representing the mind charity. Since I began running and even years before that, I used to watch the London Marathon every year. The emotions, the stories and the shear atmosphere with thousands coming to support the runners. So to be taking part as an 18 year old next year, means the world. Whilst I began planning for the next challenge, I will start training for this. Cannot wait, so thankful to Mind for the opportunity. I don鈥檛 take this for granted, seriously grateful 馃挋

What a day. Meeting the CEO and all the amazing people at the @mindcharity 馃挋 To meet everyone at mind headquarters was a dream come true. Sarah is the definition of a true hero, so grateful for what she and everyone does for the people suffering with mental health. Speaking to them about where the money raised from the challenge will go to and seeing how many people it will help, meant the world to me. In 2019 I frantically rang so many helplines in search for help and mind were always there for me. What a beautiful organisation, thank you for everything you鈥檝e done 馃挋 Thank you Channel 5 for inviting me onto the studio, apparently 30 million people saw it. Slightly scary that. So grateful for these days鉂わ笍
