@TheronASmith leads the team that is often described as "🔥"
He and his crew at SoonerVision spend countless hours filming, logging, and editing footage to create so much of what you see on OU social media
Opening night at the new arena retiring Russ’s jersey and unveiling his statue is gonna be emotional

Our 🐐
Riding with 2 til I die. Between him and Russ, no better role models in Oklahoma to buy my son a jersey of. #ThunderUp
Scott Van Pelt says Shai Gilgeous-Alexander “can’t be better” in his Game 7 performance than he was.
“Shai was as good as you can be in the game; he was even better after. There was a ton of noise that surrounded him in the playoffs, and I specifically contributed to it early in a round that feels like it’s a year ago against Phoenix. And then the conversation — and the tonnage of the conversation — just got louder and louder and louder. I tried — maybe I failed — to make the point. I said, ‘love the player, don’t love the whistle,’ and I said the guy’s great ’cause he’s great. You can’t be better in a loss than Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was on Saturday night [in Game 7]. Can’t play better, can’t be a better example, can’t lead better, can’t give the credit to the team that just beat you — which can’t be the easiest or most fun thing to do… Shai acted like a grown a*s man before, during, and after. Can’t ask for more. You talk about ethical basketball? He played it.”

I don’t like you right now @clubtrillion because you’re really mean to us in OKC, but I thought you should know there’s two Pacers fans in the arena tonight. #ThunderUp #Family
I do not care whatsoever is Shai is considered better than Curry or not. I LOVED watching Steph (except when he and Klay killed the Thunder).
I LOVE watching Shai as well. Elite midrange. Closest thing we’ve seen to a 90s/00s SG in a long time.
Curry = best shooter ever
What’s crazy is Wemby looked up and was pissed at Fox for pushing Chet into him.
People are not acknowledging a generational series/rivalry right now because they’re so fixated on EVERY. SINGLE. Call or no call right now.
These are two elite basketball teams playing rn.

Don’t let it go to your head @joshuagateley
Thank you to everyone working on Christmas Day! Working in sports is awesome, but sometimes it means spending time away from family to bring coverage to fans. I’m thankful for everyone I know that works with the Thunder and across all leagues that don’t get to slow down today!
