“A teacher’s role in a school is rather bigger, for these are the formative years of a child’s life,” said Rector, Dr. Muhammad Zahid Latif, during his visit to NUST Creative Learning School & College (NCLS&C).

During the visit, Rector held an interactive session with the school’s teachers and staff. The discussion also reflected Rector’s emphasis on the role of education in shaping young minds and the importance of instilling values, empathy and character alongside academic learning.
Beyond the academic sessions, the event fostered camaraderie and cultural exchange through a traditional Qawwali Night, an Open Mic session and a formal closing dinner. Outstanding delegates were recognised with certificates and shields for their exceptional performances.
The two-day conference brought together academics, researchers and policy experts to examine emerging challenges at the intersection of security, development, governance and economic transformation.
