I find it so disturbing that applicants are concerned about not having publications when applying to graduate school and that some schools weigh this criteria heavily. This inadvertently penalizes talented scientists from circumstances that don’t align with publishing. – at Seattle, WA

I will spend every one of the next 100 days working my ass off to find a Democrat to run against every legislator who voted for the LEARNS scam.
If you can join the work, if you are ready to run, if you know someone in a rural district that deserves better, let’s join forces.

So, to each of you (and as a reminder to myself) I say this:
• ALL BODIES ARE BEAUTIFUL BODIES
• YOUR BODY IS AN INSTRUMENT, NOT AN ORNAMENT
• BEFORE YOU COMMENT ON SOMEONE'S OUTSIDE, CONSIDER YOUR INSIDE
• COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY
Let's be kind to each other.
