Banning bought accounts is good, since loads of cheaters would just buy accounts, I have no issue with that. Even banning smurfs, I understand it. But banning accounts people made themselves, where they play in the same Elo or are the same rank as their main, doesnt seem right
Siege has been in a great state, in terms of anti cheat, updates and the new ranked system is better than the old one. My only complaint is that I was banned and I have done nothing against the ToS. The game is finally in a great state after years but I can’t even enjoy it 😭
Still banned, if anyone can help it would be highly appreciated, otherwise I say goodbye to all my skins and in game progress from years for no reason. Literally queued with the same 10-15 people to avoid playing with anyone who I didnt fully trust and I streamed every game
Right, @UbisoftSupport are you serious? 1 day before the new season and my main account is permanently banned. An account I’ve had for years, I’ve streamed every single ranked game I’ve played on it. My gameplay isn’t sus, my stats aren’t sus. Hundreds spent on skins just gone
God adding just the right amount of delusion and incompetence when creating Ubisoft employees 👍
Day 3 after being banned from Siege. Went for a walk today, heard an RC car driving by and went to shoot it thinking it was a drone. Then I remembered I wasn’t in game, got sad, went back home. Played Chess against myself, stale mated and threw the board at the wall. I miss Siege

Couldn’t they just make it so that you cannot have anyone in the lobby with a 2 rank difference? If im Champ 1, then there would only be Diamonds and above in the lobby. Plus this wouldn’t affect queue times that badly either
this is happening because people complained about queue times at higher elo at the beginning of the season
so they made matchmaking more forgiving of higher elo disparities, and now people are complaining about that
the bigger issue is we simply don't have enough playerbase to fix both problems simultaneously
one potential solution (in NA at least) is merging or allowing fluid matchmaking across the different US regional servers
