I do believe that at some point in the next couple years (if not sooner) the social media platform that gives the ability to block all AI generated videos, will win the masses over. There is so much slop when scrolling, its pretty annoying. @elonmusk would be awesome if X was the first.
Oh baby. Top pick account at all time highs yet again! @AOTtrades/@traderstewie's pick this week with $SOXL was fantastic. My approach this week was a half size on the open Monday, followed by another half size mid morning Monday as it dipped to get my avg to around $142. Then sold half on Tuesday, another 1/4 yesterday and the remaining pre-market today for a $155 avg exit. A very solid 9% gain on the week bring the top pick account to just shy of 80% on the year!
As always, you can see all trades logged via docs.google.com/spreadsheets… and feel free to download a copy for yourself to create your own log! Instructions are in the spreadsheet.
I haven't posted this in a bit but I know some folks enjoy following along. With the closure of this weeks position, my dedicated AOT Top Pick account is now up over 246% since its start 3 years ago and up 64.7% this year already. As always, I do my best to follow it strictly but some times I miss a week or sell at different times. Just proves you don't have to be perfect for it to still work VERY well. Awesome work @traderstewie / @AOTtrades
Nice continuation and relative strength in $SHOP today. Looks like it is breaking of this small flag today. @AOTtrades
This $SHOP is looking nice out of its post earnings move. Little flag, breakout should happen to the higher side. @AOTtrades
That is a very sizable volume bar or two on $SPCX if I do say so myself. 3m + shares at $126 is 1/3 of a billion exchanged in 2 minutes. Just a reminder there are always bigger fish that control the moves. @AOTtrades
I am not sure why so many people are surprised with $SPCX. It was clear everyone thought it was priced to high. It is clear that retail traders have more buying power then institutions expect. We have seen this before. When everyone is on one side, it does the opposite. This happens all the time to be honest.
I am thinking we won't see $SPCX's "true" trading levels until after the 4th of July weekend. Why you might ask? Timing.
Its simple really and something most don't realize. We are going to see a ton of forced buying over the course of the next couple weeks. This forced buying will come from index inclusions around day 5 (Russell), day 10 (MSCI), and day 15 (Nasdaq-100). That puts us near July 3rd.
Until then, its hype and day traders fighting with institutions and ETF's being forced to buy as the stock gets added to the index's.

Take it for what it is worth. I submitted for 500 shares of $SPCX with Fidelity which I switched last night to 300 shares since there is a small "unofficial" lockout period (no future ipo offerings through Fidelity if you sell). Anyways, I ended up getting allocated 85 shares.
Figured I would talk about the elephant in the room...@SpaceX IPO at ~$1.8T / $135 a share is the biggest ever for good reason and maybe a sign of the times?
Revenue wise (~$19B last year, Starlink led), the multiple looks eye watering (90x+). Fundamentals alone don't justify it vs. traditional models. But this isn't just another SaaS or EV play. It's betting on infrastructure for a multiplanetary future: Starlink's growing moat in global connectivity, reusable launch dominance unlocking cheap orbital assets, and speculative but high upside bets like space based compute.
TAM claims in the tens of trillions if humanity expands off Earth. We've seen 'unreasonable' valuations pay off when execution compounds (see: Tesla's journey). Markets price narratives + scarcity in euphoric times. This could be one where the 'generational' label sticks. Position sizing will always matter; hype cuts both ways. Is the current business model enough to hold the stock up for quarters/years of earnings until they get to a point where the infrastructure is enough that it is constantly relied on by other companies? Do we get other players in the game to challenge them for business? Intrigued how it plays out.
What are your thoughts on it? pure mania or asymmetric bet on the space economy? I am leaning one way. But only time will tell.
