It's good to have an actual response, but not good enough. Seems some people ordered in August and it's still not dispatched. I ordered on 16th September for my son's 13th birthday (8th October) for a 'ready to ship' item and now have to deal with his disappointment.

It's insane. I can't think of a time I've dropped that much money and then heard nothing for weeks and no replies to contact. If I didn't trust the brand I'd be thinking I'd been scammed.
