1. **She keeps looking at you.** You'll catch her staring when she thinks you're not watching. The moment your eyes meet, she'll look away, smile, or pretend nothing happened. A few minutes later, she'll do it again.

1. Take it in the evening. Many people prefer taking magnesium glycinate 1–2 hours before bedtime. It may support relaxation, although evidence that evening timing improves sleep is limited.

I've lost weight, going from 82 kg to 70 kg, and I've realised something. You don't necessarily need to cut out bread, rice or sweets to lose weight. Sometimes, what you really need to cut out is the habits that make you overeat without even noticing. Here's what I'd focus on:

AI isn't just for writing emails. You can use it to save hours every single week. Here are 15 things I'd make AI do for me:- 1. Turn messy notes into a clean document. 2. Explain complicated topics in simple language. 3. Build a weekly meal plan from a budget. 4. Analyze my CV and find weaknesses. 4. Analyze my CV and find weaknesses.. 6. Create interview questions for a job I'm applying for. 7. Turn one idea into 10 social media posts. 8. Summarize a 50-page document. 9. Create a personalized learning plan. 10. Compare products before buying them. Turn a long video transcript into social posts. Find gaps in my business idea. Create a daily schedule around my priorities. Help me understand difficult emails or documents. Act as a brutally honest critic of my plans. And the best part? You don't need to become an AI expert. You just need to start thinking: “Can AI do this for me?” That question alone can save you hours. Save this for later.

I’ve been checking out Lovart 2.0, and the idea of having an AI handle your brand designs is actually pretty cool. Logos, banners, social posts, all in one place. And the fact that it can remember your brand style makes it even more interesting. Definitely one worth checking out 👀
I'm building a beauty brand bringing natural skincare and beauty products to women in Asia. This week I used Lovart 2.0 to design its launch kit. Meet Arti, my first personal design agent. Arti takes initiative. Its memory held onto my soft rose palette and serif logo, so I never had to repeat it. Then Canvas Check-up flagged an off-brand font on my banner on its own. I confirmed, and one click later every asset matched the brand again. The result: a complete design kit, ready to publish. My brand logo, social posts and banners. See what Arti can do for your brand: lovart.ai/?sourceId=905029 @lovart_ai #BuiltWithLovart #BrandIdentity #ContentMarketing

I asked AI to help me save 30 minutes. It ended up changing how I work. Yesterday, I had a simple task. Write one social media post. Normally, I would: → Think of an idea → Write the first draft → Rewrite it → Fix the hook → Make it shorter → Add examples → Rewrite it again 30–60 minutes gone. So I tried something different. I told ChatGPT: “Don’t write the post yet. First, ask me questions until you understand exactly what I’m trying to say.” It asked me about: → My audience → The main idea → The result I wanted → My writing style → What I wanted people to remember Then I asked it to create the post. The first version wasn't perfect. But instead of starting over, I said: “Now act like a brutally honest editor. Tell me what would make someone stop scrolling.” It found problems I completely missed. Weak opening. Too much fluff. Not enough curiosity. No strong reason to keep reading. I fixed them. The final version took me less than 15 minutes. That’s when I realized something: AI isn't powerful because it can write for you. It's powerful because you can make it think alongside you. Most people use AI to replace typing. The smarter way? Use it to improve your thinking. That’s a completely different level of AI. The best AI users aren't the ones with the most tools. They're the ones who know how to ask better questions.

Only after turning 50 do you begin to understand these 15 life lessons: 1. Avoid drinking too much water right before going to bed. 2. Stop buying more properties. If your old house is comfortable and livable, stay there. 3. Women generally have less difficulty finding a husband, while men often struggle more to find a wife. 4. Keep a low profile around acquaintances. Not everything needs to be shared. 5. Being too honest isn't always an advantage in business. 6. More money doesn't always bring more happiness. Wealth also comes with responsibilities, pressure, and problems. 7. Never carry anger into the next day. Holding grudges only hurts your health, and nobody can replace you. 8. Make three things part of your daily routine: earn money, read books, and exercise. 9. Treat your hardworking and caring children with kindness. Don't make them feel unappreciated. 10. If your children lack responsibility, no amount of money will ever be enough. 11. Never speak badly about your daughter-in-law. It can destroy peace within the family. 12. Whether your siblings are doing well or struggling, simply understand their situation. Don't judge or interfere too much. 13. Stop asking former colleagues for favours after leaving your old workplace. Remember, once you leave, people often move on. 14. When buying toys for your grandson, choose what he genuinely likes, not simply what's cheapest. 15. No matter how wealthy you become, nothing is more valuable than having children who live happy, peaceful, and worry-free lives.

Magnesium glycinate might not be giving you the results you expected. But before increasing your dose, check HOW and WHEN you're taking it. Timing, consistency, and certain medications can affect how you use it. Here's what you should know:

If a woman is physically attracted to you, she won't always come out and tell you. Sometimes, she'll reveal it through her body language, the way she looks at you, and the little things she does when you're around. Here are 7 signs that may suggest she's attracted to you:

10 SIMPLE RULES FOR NAMING YOUR CV LIKE A PROFESSIONAL: Include your first and last name. Example: Mark Gockelen_CV.pdf Add the position you're applying for. Example: Mark Gockelen_Marketing_Manager_CV.pdf Avoid unnecessary words. No "final", "latest", "good" or "now_yes". Don't include version numbers. CV_v5_final_2.pdf doesn't look organised. Don't include the name of the tool. Canva and Word are tools, not your professional identity. Keep the file name short. Recruiters need to identify your document quickly. Customise it for every application. Make sure the job title matches the position you're applying for. Check the file before sending. Make sure it contains the correct CV and opens properly. Keep a consistent naming format. Use the same professional structure for all your applications. Think about the recruiter. Make it easy for them to find, open and review your application. Remember: Small details can make a big difference. Your CV deserves a professional first impression.
