I created my first client’s Instagram account from scratch today!
Set up the profile, wrote the bio, designed the first carousel and published the first post. WE DID IT! 🥹❤️
But tell me why creating 5 carousel slides took me almost 4–5 hours? 😭 The editing, adjusting, rearranging, going back to change things. Ahhh!
I have a new level of respect for this work because WHAT?!
But I’m genuinely excited. I’m learning, putting what I’ve learned into practice and getting better as I go.

New week. New goals. New deadlines. New things to figure out.
And sometimes, as women, we’re carrying all of it at once - work, business, family, relationships, finances, expectations, and the pressure to somehow keep everything together.
But please remember: you don’t have to run yourself into the ground to prove that you’re making progress.
Work towards the milestone.
Show up for the goal.
Do what needs to be done.
But also rest. Pause. Eat. Log off. Ask for help. Take a breath.
Slow burn is still burnout.
