The staff at @BootsUK in Hayle are great when I speak with them. But the company is putting them in a position to fail. Always massively understaffed to the point that that phone frequently doesn't get answered and the queues are often ridiculous with one person serving.
Nice bit of bait and switch there by @PolicyExpert accept the policy, wait until you're outside the 14-day cooling-off period, then put the price up £150 and then say: "If you want to cancel, there's a £60 fee."
