Tampa earned the AL championship. They were the best all season in the American League. The Guardians overachieved again with amazing performances throughout the season. The Rays shut down Ramirez the last 3 games and so went the Guards bats…
It’s should be an interesting World Series. Milwaukee is a BEAST and will match up quality for quality with the Rays. #GoGuards

Wow I didn’t see any of the Miami - Florida State game. That was a crazy ending where Florida State had two Hail Mary’s and almost had completed back to back one called backed the other possibly intercepted. My opinion is two players had the ball at the time on HM 2.

This statement details why there was such a dramatic change in the diagnosis for Jalen Hurts. When doctors found multiple blood clots in his lungs, it went from being able to manage it to immediate treatment.
Hurts is out for the season.

That’s the most by any team in their first 8 games of a postseason
The only team with more strikeouts in any 8-game span in a single postseason is the 2022 Astros (2 overlapping spans)

You know you’re getting old when you at a HS football game and your first thoughts are will team A score enough for a running clock in the second half. Weather sucks

FINAL: Guardians 3, Rays 2
Petey Halpin’s two-run homer — with a 25-foot-high bat flip to boot — put Cleveland ahead in the fifth, and four scoreless innings of Guardians relief capped an excellent Gavin Williams start. Cleveland leads the ALCS, 2-1. Great come-from-behind win.
