Mental illness came to my home 6 years ago.
Other’s willingness to raise awareness & talk about their personal situations over the past decades contributed to why I took it so seriously & did absolutely everything I could to get them help & continued support. Thankful 4 others ❤️
Sometimes the people who seem the strongest are fighting battles we know nothing about.
Please, if you’re struggling with your mental health, feeling hopeless, or wondering whether the world would be better off without you, reach out. You are loved. You matter. And your story is not over. There is no shame in asking for help, and you do not have to carry your pain alone.
And to the rest of us, please check on your people. Not just with a comment or a like, but with a phone call, a visit, or a genuine conversation. If you know someone nearby who is struggling, don’t assume someone else will show up for them.
A police welfare check should never be our automatic substitute for showing up for one another. There are situations where emergency intervention is necessary, but compassion, connection, and community should never be an afterthought.
Mental health crises are not political talking points. They are human beings in pain who deserve dignity, compassion, and a chance to heal.
Be the person who reaches out. Be the person who listens. Be the person who reminds someone that tomorrow is worth seeing.
And if you’re the one struggling today, please stay. The world is better with you in it. ❤️

Yet another lie from the “most transparent administration in history.”
On the record: the U.S. and Israel launched coordinated strikes on February 28, 2026.
Days later, Marco Rubio told reporters the U.S. struck preemptively because they knew Israel was going to act, which would trigger Iranian retaliation against American forces, and they didn’t want higher casualties.
The timeline and his own Secretary of State’s words are public. Americans are still paying at the pump for a war that isn’t ours.
Because Trump spent all of his time doing war, spending more than even Biden & Democrats spent and going after AOC and Thomas Massie, he didn’t bother checking off a single thing from this list - and he has opened himself and the Republicans up to this garbage. @LegendaryEnergy

If you vote Red or Blue, the Uni-Party thanks you! And will continue to spend more, increase debt, fund foreign aid, meddle in foreign wars, & protect the politically connected & elite from prosecution in return.
And for 27-year-olds, the highest mortgage interest rates since Biden, and a president who is on record saying that he wants to keep home values increasing - in addition to high inflation $4 gas & $6 home heating oil, there’s even less motivation to support Republicans right now.

Here’s what I’ve always stood for. Too bad all of the Republican leaders in the swamp betrayed these principles just to satisfy corporate and foreign lobbies. A lot of Republican congressmen who followed them off the cliff are probably regretting their decisions right about now.
