POSTGAME REMARKS: Check out everything #Hokies head coach James Franklin had to say after Virginia Tech’s 20-16 victory over Clemson, for TLP Insiders here: techlunchpail.com/blog/james…

Have to think Baylor makes Jeff Traylor its top target. Has done a great job building UTSA up even as they’ve climbed the G6 ranks and has them 7-1 despite having far from the most resources in the American. Also has excellent Texas recruiting ties. Would be a great fit

James Franklin will use his second timeout ahead of the 4th and 9 at the Clemson 49. #Hokies one stop away from a huge road victory in Death Valley

Wesco did not maintain possession through the ground. Call is overturned. It's now 4th and 9 at the Clemson 49

Looks like Wesco lost the ball when he hit the ground. This may get overturned

Big play from Reynolds to Wesco down the sideline. 26-yard gain to the #Hokies 25. However, they are going to review if he got a foot in bounds with control. This should stand though

3rd and 9 now after the 8-yard gain on 2nd and 17

Jaquez White with a great blitz for the sack after Aycen Stevens did a great job getting pressure. Huge play from the #Hokies defense for a 7-yard loss

Way too much space from Jaquez White against Wesco who gets an easy 12 to the Clemson 48

Reynolds finds Patt-Henry for 6 as he gets out of bounds with 1:27 to go

Screen pass for Reynolds gains 14 for Wesco to the 30

Great kick coverage for the #Hokies bringing down Chris Johnson Jr at the 20

Extra point is good. Virginia Tech leads Clemson 20-16 with 1:44 to go. Tigers have to get a touchdown to win this game, field goal to extend it is not an option. What a drive for the #Hokies going 11 plays, 69 yards in 4:45 to take the lead on the road in Death Valley
