2. Refs need some device that tells them the play clock has expired that doesn’t require them to take their eyes off the ball and look at the clock. Maybe a wristband that vibrates? The current procedure is look at ball, check clock, look back at ball, then blow it dead.

3. This is a rule change: like how the NBA has a rule where a shot cannot count with less than 0.3 seconds on the clock, if an offensive player has not gotten to the line with more than 1 second left, by rule they cannot get set in time.

If the Bills just wanted to wear the jersey/helmet combo they wore yesterday for every home game and the AFL Throwbacks for every away game I wouldn’t be opposed. Our two best unis.
