Coach Few’s induction this weekend has been really cool. My favorite quote from his speech is something he’s said before, but always deserves recognition:
“Sometimes the greatest calling isn’t finding the next thing. Sometimes it’s pouring everything you have into where you are”

Not one to complain about basketball refs because it’s the hardest sport to ref…
But my goodness, Gonzaga is getting hosed BAD down the stretch

WCC MBB coaches had a nice parting gift for Gonzaga in its final year in the conference. The only Zag to make the first/second team or honorable mention was Graham Ike.
That list includes 23 players. This is a team that went 28-3. That is some level of pettiness.

If you start the movie "Hoosiers" at 10:07 p.m. and 48 seconds on New Year's Eve, you'll ring in 2026 just as Jimmy Chitwood hits the winning shot.

Cal Raleigh: “I hate to use the word failure, but it’s a failure. That’s what we expected was to get to a World Series and win a World Series. That’s what the bar is and the standard is.”
FOX has the absolute worst baseball coverage ever. It took them an hour to even acknowledge that the Mariners played in the ALCS last night against Toronto. Just atrocious.
