Brent Nelson Takes the Lead. A Stronger Focus. The Same Vision. American Fusion enters its next phase with Brent Nelson as CEO, bringing leadership, technology development and commercial strategy closer together. In this exclusive interview, we ask Brent Nelson three questions about his new role as CEO, American Fusion's ambitions and what lies ahead. Why is now the right time for you to step into the CEO role? - American Fusion’s next phase requires close coordination between our technology development, testing, financing and commercial strategy. Having been directly involved in building Kepler Fusion, I believe this is the right time for me to take responsibility for bringing those efforts together across the public company. - My priority as Chairman and CEO is to give our team clear direction, the resources to execute and accountability for measurable progress. We have an ambitious vision, and my job is to translate that vision into achievable milestones. What does this change mean for American Fusion and for the company's broader ambitions? - Our ambition is to build American Fusion into a business capable of delivering dependable fusion power, with Texatron at the center of that effort. - That requires more than developing the technology. We also need independent validation, engineering and manufacturing capabilities, a disciplined capital strategy and strong relationships with prospective customers. Our Power-as-a-Service model is central to that vision: ultimately, we want to deliver electricity through long-term customer relationships. Looking ahead, what are you most excited about, and what should investors and people following American Fusion expect? - What excites me most is the opportunity to bring our engineering work closer to practical applications. Data centers and other large electricity users give us a clear commercial focus as we advance development. - People following American Fusion should expect us to communicate progress against concrete milestones: testing and technical review, facility development, engineering improvements, financing and prospective customer relationships. We will be clear about what has been demonstrated, what remains under evaluation and what comes next. - There is substantial work ahead. I’m excited to lead that work, support our team and build shareholder confidence through results. American Fusion says its current facilities could likely support a steady pace of Texatron production, with its fabricator willing to gear up. @FusionAMFN $AMFN - Internal manufacturing analysis: up to 2,000 units a year possible, based on 100 MW units - Brent's illustration: 1,000 a year equals roughly two to three units a day - Brent thinks current facilities could support that pace, with the fabricator willing to gear up Watch the full interview on AGORACOM Hub. agoracom.com/ir/AmericanFusi…

Big machines. Or smart pulses. What if the future of fusion could be simpler? While much of the industry is pursuing large-scale systems, American Fusion is exploring a different approach with Texatron. Compact. Pulsed. Moveable. The idea is simple. Build smaller, repeatable units that can be manufactured and scaled. Because sometimes, the smartest solutions start with a simpler idea. #AmericanFusion #FusionEnergy #Texatron #FusionResearch #EnergyInnovation

A bit of artificial intelligence—for obvious reasons related to the protection of industrial property, and also to let you (and me) dream a little—but, in the end, very little exaggeration.

Believe it or not but the best thing that could have happened to the OTC was all the traders and liquidity leaving it for years. You are now looking at the most ripe market for taking advantage of. I never left the OTC because I knew this phase was coming, and I knew the longer the drought lasted the bigger the opportunity grew. These are just the laws of nature applied to the markets.

$AMFN JV CPA being a smaller boutique accounting firm makes the transition to MBP Global LLP look quite different from an auditor resignation where the company and auditor had an accounting dispute. The important facts are: No disagreements over accounting principles, financial-statement disclosure, audit scope, or procedures were reported. No reportable events were disclosed. JV CPA agreed with AMFN's characterization of the resignation. AMFN is pursuing a larger replacement firm, MBP Global LLP. The timing is occurring while AMFN is actively pursuing a national-exchange uplisting.

$AMFN 8k filing sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/… The 8-K in summary. AMFN is replacing up to $2.88 million of existing common-stock compensation obligations with a highly restricted preferred security — without creating a large new common-stock obligation or an immediate cash drain. Audit firm replacement: JV CPA was appropriate for the company's earlier stage, but AMFN is now moving toward an audit firm better suited to its next stage.
