The biggest issue is games are too expensive and taking too long to make so you have more “safe bet” titles that aim to secure a substantial return instead of games that are innovative or unique. We wasted most of this generation with Sony’s live service push.

Image quality was imo, the weakest aspect of the current consoles, especially when pushing 60fps. With the excellent PSSR 2.0 on PS5 Pro and now FSR 4.1 on Xbox and QSSR on base PS5, this gen should get a much needed new lease of life. Considering the suspected costs of next gen, these updates couldn't have come at a better time tbh. #Xbox #PS5 #PS5Pro
