Viruses have been isolated repeatedly for more than a century, using methods appropriate to their biology as obligate intracellular parasites.
“Isolation” in virology does not mean growing the agent on lifeless artificial media the way bacteria are cultured (which is impossible for viruses). It means demonstrating a filterable, infectious particle that can be propagated in susceptible hosts or cells, purified away from most other material, visualized, sequenced, and shown to cause the expected effects (cytopathic effect, disease in experimental hosts, etc.).
Historical examples
Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV): In 1892 Dmitri Ivanovsky showed that the agent of tobacco mosaic disease passed through bacterial filters and remained infectious. Martinus Beijerinck independently confirmed this in 1898 and called it a “contagium vivum fluidum.”
In 1935 Wendell Stanley purified and crystallized TMV as a discrete nucleoprotein particle (Nobel Prize in Chemistry 1946). Electron micrographs followed soon after.
Foot-and-mouth disease virus: Isolated as a filterable agent by Loeffler and Frosch in 1898.
Yellow fever virus: Identified as the first human virus by Walter Reed and colleagues around 1900–1901 (mosquito transmission).
Poliovirus: Isolated by Landsteiner and Popper in 1909 (later grown in cell culture by Enders, Weller, and Robbins).
Influenza virus: Isolated by Smith, Andrewes, and Laidlaw in 1933 by infecting ferrets with filtered material from patients.
HIV: Isolated in 1983 by Montagnier’s group (LAV) from a patient with lymphadenopathy; independently characterized and linked to AIDS by Gallo’s group in 1984. Both groups used density-gradient methods, reverse-transcriptase assays, electron microscopy, and cell-culture propagation.
Modern methods
Routine isolation and purification include:
Propagation in cell culture or embryonated eggs, with observation of cytopathic effect.
Filtration to exclude bacteria.
Density-gradient ultracentrifugation (sucrose, cesium chloride, or iodixanol) to band particles by size/density.
Electron microscopy of purified particles.
Whole-genome sequencing and matching to clinical material.
Infectivity assays (plaque assays, TCID50) and, where relevant, animal challenge studies.
These techniques have been applied to hundreds of viruses. For SARS-CoV-2, multiple independent groups isolated the virus from patient samples in early 2020 (commonly in Vero E6 or similar cells), demonstrated cytopathic effect, sequenced the genome, purified particles, and fulfilled adapted causal criteria (including animal-model infection). Hundreds of papers describe successful isolation, culture, and characterization of SARS-CoV-2 and its variants.
Why the “never isolated” claim persists from the Cowan/Zach Retard tribe?
A common version of the claim demands that a virus be obtained in a completely pure state never having contacted any host genetic material or cells. That standard is biologically incoherent: viruses assemble only inside host cells and incorporate host-derived components. Koch’s original postulates (formulated for bacteria that can grow on artificial media) were recognized as needing adaptation for viruses as early as Rivers in 1937; modern molecular versions further incorporate sequence and genetic evidence. Claims that no virus meets an absolute “zero-host-material” criterion therefore apply equally to every virus ever studied, they do not refute the large body of physical, genetic, and experimental evidence that these agents exist and cause disease.
Stop listening to Retards.......

IYKYK.
Note the size of the lady.
Fatties only died when the hospitals killed them with intubation and created a Marcus Inversion Wall.
Fit people died after they got the hospital Rx = the jab.
I had a chat with a friend about this yesterday under a tree
The hospital found out Gail Seiler was unvaccinated for COVID. Then they tried to MURDER her.
They STARVED her for 12 days, denied her water for 7 days, and told her husband she was going to die.
When her husband came to take her home, the hospital made her a PRISONER.
They called the police, and a 6-hour standoff followed.
When the hospital finally let them go, it wasn’t through the main entrance. It was through the freight elevator used to carry bodies to the morgue.
On the way out, a nurse told her husband, Brad, “Mark my words, she’ll be dead tonight, or before you even get home.”
Gail survived. Not because of a miracle, but because a caring physician stepped in and guided her home treatment: nebulized budesonide and ivermectin.
BRAD SEILER: “Over the next 30 days, she was weaned completely off of oxygen. Within 60 days, she had recovered sufficiently to return to work. Today, Gail is alive, healthy, active, and
enjoying life with our grandchildren and children.”
Gail’s story is horrendous, but it’s not uncommon. Hospitals were rewarded with perverse bonuses during COVID, and the more interventions they ran, the more they made.
As Attorney @RenzTom previously testified: “We have incentivized the MURDER of patients rather than incentivize TREATMENT.”
“When you go to the hospital, you get tested. They get paid more. When you get admitted for COVID, they get paid more. When they put you on remdesivir, they get paid more. When you get ventilated, they get paid more. When you die, they get paid more. This is perverse.”

This guy will go down in Bitcoin history worse than Roger Ver in my opinion.

Dr. Meryl Nass just secured a massive legal victory for Covid dissidents.
She pierced the immunity of the medical board that suspended her license over Covid “disinformation.”
A judge ruled she can now sue the board members personally.
“Their broad immunity that they thought would protect them has been pierced.”
“The judge said, ‘You can go after them for damages, even potentially including punitive damages.’”
This sets a groundbreaking precedent.
“There were a whole lot of doctors out there that had similar attacks.”
“Somebody had to do it.”

You will work 90,000 hours in your life. If someone prints money, they steal some of that time from you. Since 2020 they have printed 40% of all dollars ever printed. They therefore stole 36,000 hours from a person who has worked their whole life and just retired.

Prying into my private financial decisions while staying completely silent on allegations that the CIO/CEO of the mining operation backing billions in notes has an undisclosed federal fraud conviction, that the claimed miners leave no public footprint, and that the contracts let you satisfy claims with non-mined BTC at your sole discretion.
Oh, and those pesky emails about the Island visit you never commented on…
Maybe concentrate on providing basic transparency on that stuff instead of asking me to disclose private matters?

Is it not mandated?
How come the data from the major trial used for approval not publicly reported?

Bryan Bishop @kanzure is the Bitcoin Core developer who in 2018 pitched Jeffrey Epstein on funding a “designer babies” project aimed at producing the first live birth of a genetically engineered human (and possibly a clone) within five year.
Bryan just announced that Luke Dashjr has been stripped of permissions on the BIP content repository.
The same guy who sought millions from Epstein for genetic engineering and human enhancement experiments is now the one publicly declaring who gets to edit Bitcoin’s formal improvement proposals.
Epstein’s reply at the time: he had “no issues with investing… The problem is only if I am seen to lead.”
Make of that what you will.
Luke is gone as BIP editor.
Bryan Bishop remains as BIP editor.

NVK on Citadel Dispatch, June 2022.
Topic was how the US government could kill Bitcoin.
“You just make a bunch of bad, very bad decisions. You make the software awful, there is no documentation, and then you just add all the bugs that you can exploit later.”
More than a year earlier, his own firmware shipped an undocumented bad decision (the RNG rewrite) with a bug that would be exploited four years later.

I haven't told the full story yet, but I came to the same conclusion back in May 2025 when I started doing an audit of `coldcard/firmware`.
I wanted to figure out conclusively where the CC RNG was getting sourced from, and found that it backed up to some shady library called libngu (github.com/switck/libngu) that had literally 6 stars on github and was maintained solely by a pseudoanon tranny.
I knew from past experience that linking to libsecp256k1 from Python was pretty easy, which seemed to be the stated purpose of the library use, and so I was confused about why it was there.
I sent a report to the CC team that I had doubts about whether the true RNG was actually in use, and pointed out that the hardcoded yasmarang constants in libngu were sloppy. I advised they rip the whole thing out and link against libsecp256k1 directly.
I was told that if something was wrong "we'd already know about it by now" and that everything was properly configured for the real boards.
I didn't follow up rigorously, which was a horrible mistake on my part.

This guy has absolutely no shame or moral compass. Just routinely making up lies.
Here he claims: “I have heard advice they have given people that is completely off-base, and will lose people money. They are giving vulnerable people incorrect advice telling them to not move when they should.”
This is a very serious accusation, and I recommend him to either delete his post or show where I advise people to not move their coins.
I have spent a lot of time helping many people get their coins to safety and my posting has been geared towards driving home the urgency.
Anyone following my posting the last days n know very well Shinobi is lying.
