We want to make sure all TRAXX holders are aware of some important news. AscendEX, one of the exchanges TRAXX is listed on, has announced that it ceased operations as of 1 July 2026 and is now in a wind-down process.
If you hold any assets on AscendEX — TRAXX or anything else — we strongly encourage you to log in and withdraw them as soon as you can.
What to do now:
- Log in to your AscendEX account and review your balances.
- Make sure your KYC information is complete and up to date, as withdrawals are currently subject to manual review.
- Submit any withdrawals through the official platform withdrawal flow only.
- Do not make any new deposits.
- Download your transaction history for your own records.
Please note that AscendEX has said withdrawals are being reviewed manually and may be delayed or require additional information, so we'd suggest acting promptly rather than waiting.
Any questions or complaints about your AscendEX account should go directly to AscendEX at [email protected], as they are handling all account matters.
This is a decision by AscendEX and is separate from TRAXX itself. We'll share any further updates relevant to holders as we have them.
