Iran won't open Hormouz until Trump pays them reparations and dismantle all the military bases so we know that ain't happening. That leaves him with troops on the ground and a shitload of generals got fired today for refusing to obey illegal orders. That leaves nukes.

I read the “Save America Act,” so you don’t have to. Most of the media apparently *hasn’t* read it because, if they had, they would be sounding the alarm about the provision in Point 1, below, which almost none of them have even mentioned. I hope this helps raise awareness. 1/

JUST IN: More good news on inflation. The US inflation rate cooled to 2.5% (y/y) in August, the lowest since February 2021. This gives the Fed and everyone else more confidence the inflation battle has been won. Lower gas prices, lower electricity costs and lower used car prices helped bring down inflation in August. The monthly price growth was just 0.2% (as expected) “Core” inflation remained at 3.2% —> lowest since April 2021
