Our agent file isn't a prompt. It's a scar log.
Nearly every rule in it was written the day after something broke: a write that reported success and changed nothing; a monitor that called a live device offline for a full day.
Standardising the filename is the easy part.
Four frontier model releases in two days. Our operation felt none of it.
Three months running 27 agents in a real company: I can't name one failure a better model would have prevented. Wrong ID, missing retry, a check that checked nothing.
The harness is the product.
We're building a 3D model of the city our offices sit in. Real footprints, real heights, our buildings modelled from actual photographs of them.
Not a rendering for a brochure. A live map where every floor eventually carries its own data — who's in it, until when, what's empty.
Most agent content online is a demo that resets when it ends.
Mine doesn't. 27 agents, an operating company, actual tenants who notice when something breaks.
