The overwhelming majority of players belong in junior colleges.
Why Juco?
100% scholarship (most cases) vs 25% scholarship.
Two seasons (fall and spring).
Immediate playing time (most cases).
Smaller classes.
Younger players.
Less restrictions on coach's time spent with players.
Draft and four year options open.
Learn to grind.

Letting go of a bad play is key to growing in sports. Bryce Harper explains why kids need to flush mistakes instantly and focus on the next opportunity, reminding parents and coaches to turn missteps into learning moments instead of demanding perfection. @bryceharper3

Young athletes need support, not pressure.
Give them room to have fun, put in the work and experience the pride that comes from knowing, “I did that.”
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is let the moment be theirs.
