Local knowledge. Regional perspective. Statewide expertise.
Our Tomorrow’s 25 Selection Committees are made up of people who have spent decades living out the very qualities we seek in our fellows: Competence, Character, and Commitment.

When you coached the guy (@DrHunterTaylor) who created and leads @Tomorrows25 and you see a pic of another one of your guys (@CoachStory7) learning from him.....
As a coach, I'm just not sure if it gets much better than this!

Competence matters.
You want to be in a room filled with people who are industrious, competitive, and serious about getting better.
But when capable people are also aligned around shared values, breakthroughs can happen.
That’s the kind of room we’re building in East Texas.
Character matters.
Not just what we accomplish, but how we lead, respond, and show up for the people entrusted to us.

Place matters.
Arkansas coaches understand Arkansas communities in a way no outside program could.
Tomorrow’s 25 brings 25 of them together to learn from one another and invest more deeply in the places they serve.

One of our hopes for T25 is that the relationships keep producing long after the fellowship ends.
Yesterday in Tupelo, a group of MS alumni who coach 🏀 - along with some special guests - gathered to learn from one another and discuss ways to continue growing the game.

One of my fav sessions! #DefiningMoments @Tomorrows25
Every coach has people and moments that shaped the way they lead.
Our South Carolina Tomorrow’s 25 coaches shared a few of those stories during their opening session in Columbia.
You understand the leader better when you understand their story.
