Got shown this data today, just 5% of black/mixed black British applicants to anaesthetics received offers. Compared to approx 50% of white applicants. Are black applicants really 10x worse than their white counterparts? make of it what you will… #MedTwitter
Couldn’t agree more with this and I don’t think it’s discriminatory to say so before anyone comes for me, it’s what most other countries in the world do, I’m not sure why it’s any different here 😔
