This comment section is a bit vague. My 2 cents. Lead gen is about either finding prospects who are in market to buy your solution/product OR prospects who need your product but just don’t know it. I’ve generated over $200M in pipeline over the past few years using this model — compounding activities, lagging activities, and live activities. Compounding activities = content creation (medium articles, posts) that get your prospect’s attention and can create pipeline without actively pursuing the leads. We call these “lead magnets” in lead gen. Lagging activities = cold email/DMs/iMessage/WhatsApp. All are great, but cold email yields the highest return if done right. Purchase 30+ domains, let each send 30-50 cold emails/day, and find lists using data providers. Live activities = cold calling, live events, or anything that occurs in real time. If you’re doing lead generation, do them every day in that order: ➜ Morning should be for posting + creating lead magnets ➜ Next should be your lagging activities — let those responses drip back throughout the day ➜ While you’re waiting for your inbound leads from compounding activities + your responses from your lagging activities, do something in real time to generate more opportunities. This system might sound complex, but it’s not.
