Ever noticed that NFL refs don’t have their names on their backs? And when news articles and tweets mention bad calls we rarely say which ref was responsible.
This is problematic because you’re not likely to notice when the same incompetent/corrupt ref makes a pattern of bad call. There’s no accountability and the NFL doesnt suspend/investigate officials for terrible calls.
We all need to start using their names. Social media can lead the way. See comments.
