/Cost: This skill let's you instantly see how many credits the task you just ran cost. I can do this in Microsoft Copilot Cowork. But almost nowhere else. How is it that Copilot, who's lagged behind in almost every way offers this, but almost no other AI platform does? @elonmusk will @bot provide this any time soon?

The videos/ TikToks: I'll admit it, it's incredible that GrokBot can create these videos. But these TikToks suck. This is the biggest piece of the experiment: Can GrokBot/ AI create content thru a fully automated process effectively enough to actually get the word out about something? So far I'd say, the answer is no. All signs indicate most traffic will come from SEO/ AI search. But here's what's interesting: Yesterday, instead of letting GrokBot fully create the video, review it and ship it on it's own, I took the skill and had Claude Code create the video. Then I spent 5 minutes giving Claude Code some tweaks and edits based on my instinct of what would work better. The result was this ikTok that got 1,150+ views, 34 likes, 6 bookmarks and 7 shares. Previous TikToks capped out at 100 views, and almost no engagement. Is that a viral TikTok? Absolutely not. But it IS is a 10X+ improvement in engagement with roughly 5 minutes of human input. The takeaway: AI-generated content - My guess it will not be effective. AI ASSISTED content - We'll see.

Web traffic: Since launch on the 18th, Deal Revue has seen 548 web sessions. Admittedly, a big chunk of that came from X (thank you) But we've already seen 183 websites from Google search, in less than a week, and some traffic from AI search (though this is still not tracked very effectively in Google Analytics) Notably, we rank number nine for "Commercial real estate

馃毃 1 slam-dunk use of Claude for CRE? Due diligence checklists that fill out themselves, and find conflicts across your deal docs. We built a Claude skill to tackle it. On the first run, it asks for YOUR checklist template. Excel, Word, PDF, or pasted in. Point it at the deal room folder and it reads every file. You get one workbook back. Every item in the checklist marked Received, Partial or Outstanding, and a conflicts tab outlining any disagreements across deal docs. The PSA lists three parcels but the title commitment only covers two? Flagged. Deal rooms grow overtime, so it offers to create a scheduled task calling the skill like clockwork. It checks the folder for new docs, updates the list, adds or resolves conflicts, and emails you with an update. You keep the judgment calls. It takes care of the hours of assembly. Did @dmfenton predict the future? A few weeks ago I reached out to him for his #1 prediction on how AI will impact real estate. That prediction: Personal agents will kill cold outreach. Now people are having @bot pull their info from data broker sites. Is this the death of cold outreach? More importantly, is @dmfenton a psychic?
Ask your @Grok @Bot to remove your phone number from spam call & text lists!

Stefan Martinovic founded a 3D mapping and property data platform in 2016. He ran investments and analytics as at Midwood Investment & Development, AND was early at Placer dot AI. Now he teaches AI at NYU Schack. This week he joined us LIVE in CRE AI Studio for a session on all things coding with AI. What stuck with me from the conversation: 1/ Custom instructions that save context. Long chats eat up memory. Eventually it starts losing track of what you already decided. Stefan's global instructions have Claude call it out on its own and write a handoff prompt with everything that matters, so he pastes it into a new chat and picks up right where he left off with his coding project. 2/ Use Caveman: It's a free plug-in that strips the filler out of Claude's replies. Without it, AI can product pages of text when a sentence will do. Shorter answers are faster to read and use fewer tokens, so your chat goes further before it hits the wall, and before you burn through your tokens. 3/ Next-Level Coding Commands: Stefan has two key commands that keep his coding projects moving forward, /pstat and /next. Pstat gives him a status report on a project: what's done, what needs his attention, what's left. Next looks at everything in progress, picks the most valuable task nobody is working on yet, builds it, checks it, and tells him what's up next. On a big project it's easy to lose track of where you are. These commands keep projects on track and keep them progressing. Check out the whole session in CRE AI Studio:
