Exactly seven years ago at this hour, I was on Flashpoint portraying the Parametic in episode 417 “Priority of a Life”. Still remember it to this day... last time I was on set of a TV series. Someday maybe I’ll be back on TV 😀. Clé Bennett, David Paetkau, me, and Sergio Di Zio.
Exactly 11 years ago to the date, I filmed my first official TV acting role, for CTV’s Whistler in episode 209 “Family Ties”. Filmed in Langley, BC it’s still my only acting gig outside Ontario. But it got me my ACTRA Toronto Apprentice card.

In a country right now that is divided and angry a little hockey team from Saskatchewan has brought us altogether and showed us what CANADA is. It’s time to come together in community. #HumboldtStong

Wearing my jersey today to honour the Humboldt Broncos. To the fallen Broncos, we will never forget you. To the recovering Broncos, all of Canada stands with you and wishes as speedy a recovery as possible. All my hopes from Toronto. #JerseysforHumboldt #JerseyDay #BroncosStrong

The Canadian Armed Forces have been granted permission to wear hockey jerseys over their uniforms on Thursday in a tribute to the Humboldt Broncos.

This is my tribute the the Humboldt Broncos. Given to me by the players & coaches of the 1986 UMaine hockey team. Spent over 60+ trips over 4 years on a team bus to games. I’d give this treasured stick if we could get the Broncos back. #PutYourStickOut #BroncosStrong #TSNHockey
#prayforhumboldt My heart goes out to the surviving players and coaches of the Humboldt Broncos as well as to the families and friends of all who were on that bus. Know everyone in Canada is behind you and is sending all our best wishes to everyone. Stay strong 🇨🇦.
How time flies. I officially became a pensioner today as I received my first CPP pension payment. Seems like only yesterday I was in high school. Tempus Fugit!
After living in the US 27 years (67-94) I saw the tidal wave of hatred coming. Just didn’t know when. Very sad to see.

#XCompany Speechless. An amazing way for X Company to end. Thank you Mark and Stephanie, the cast and crew. It was an epic series.

I live in Canada but I'm a dual citizen. So as I would here, I cast my ballot for the American election. It's a civic duty.
