@NathiMthethwaSA Hon.Minister,There is a contradiction in these numbers, I suggest it be audited and clarified for all applicants - they deserve to know the exact numbers. All we ask as Citizens of SA is for transparency & communication.

You can’t greet me in the shop with sunglasses & a mask on and expect me to know who you are.
While these ‘celebs’ I’m sure need the fund too. Are you only accepting applications from people with clout @ArtsCultureSA ? I have not received a reply at all on my application. I represent 9 musicians who need this fund to help them survive. @NathiMthethwaSA whats happening?

8 police officers and 3 private security contractors with big machine guns just barged into our house, patted us down, poured our liquor into the fireplace, searched the whole house, threatened to break my fucking face and spent a while interrogating and berating is.
What about the independent musicians and people who work for/with them? The other music industry sectors like sound people, venue owners, promoters, event organizers etc??? @ArtsCultureSA ????

Minister @NathiMthethwaSA on mitigation plans to minimise the impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the sector. The Dept has reprioritized its budget allocation from quarter one to avail over R150 million to provide relief to practitioners in the sector. bit.ly/2wBarEA

@ArtsCultureSA Look at what Germany has been able to do. I know that amount of money is not able to happen here b at least they are looking out for all musicians, arts industry and not just the ones you think are worthy news.artnet.com/art-world/ge…

The arts are blatantly omitted from every national level chat YET you consume our efforts& turn to our work at times like these.S/O to all my peers. Storytelling keeps us connected& I commend you all for staying soft& doing the work, even though they refuse to acknowledge you.
