This isn’t a clean story of
“marquee investors = bullish.”
It’s a high-risk structure with:
•Dilution risk
•Funding uncertainty
•Weak earnings backdrop
•Opaque capital deployment
Investors: exercise caution before getting carried away.

Use of proceeds?
No clarity on how the ₹500 Cr will be deployed.
AGM notice only says “SEBI-registered agency will monitor utilisation.”
Investors are being asked to trust mgmt blindly.

Dilution risk
⚠️ If converted, share count rises ~8% → dilution for existing shareholders.
But conversion only happens if price > ₹425.
If price stays below, company only gets 25% upfront (~₹125 Cr)🫢

What’s happening?
On 5 Sept 2025, Sunteck Realty’s board approved issuing 1.17 Cr convertible warrants @ ₹425 each, to raise ~₹500 Cr.
Promoters (66.5%) + investors like Utpal Sheth & Mukul Agrawal are participating.
Investors pay 25% now (~₹106), rest only if they convert within 18 months.

Products & reviews can be paid, but playing with investors’ money for small gains is not the same. Never imagined such things from respected analysts.

The Trader’s Silent Opponent: Impatience vs. Patience
Picture the market as a wild river. The impatient angler casts frantically at every ripple, catching debris and fatigue. The patient angler waits at the right spot and nets a prize.

Nietzsche’s Discipline
Nietzsche noted that self-control in big matters depends on discipline in small ones. Skipping a mediocre trade is like a rep in the gym for your willpower. Every No to an unjustified trade strengthens your ability to wait for the high-probability setups.

Jung’s Shadow
Carl Jung warned that hidden parts of our psyche, the shadow, influence us until we confront them. In trading, this could be fear of missing out, overconfidence, or revenge trading.

Impatient trades are born in System 1. Profitable trades come from System 2: the part that checks the plan, analyzes data, and waits for confirmation. Every moment you pause before clicking “Buy” is you shifting power from System 1 to System 2.

This Falling wedge doesn't seems valid. the Compression at Upper Range makes it more of a Breakdown of Support.
New Wedge is Starting to Form but the Starting Point is the second one. Not first one.

Candlestick Pattern Analysis:
The highlighted area shows three candles within an upward-sloping trend channel:
First Candle: Bullish with a decent body and small wicks.
Second Candle: Small-bodied candle (possibly a Doji or Spinning Top), indicating indecision.
Third Candle: Strong bearish candle, engulfing the previous small-bodied candle.
Pattern & Interpretation:
Bearish Engulfing Pattern:
The last candle is a strong bearish engulfing, covering the previous small-bodied candle.
Appearing near the upper boundary of the trend channel, it suggests potential reversal or correction.
Near-Term Trend:
Bearish Bias in the Short Term:
Price may pull back to test lower trendline support.
Confirmation is needed with follow-up price action:
If the next candle is also bearish, expect further downside.
If a bullish reversal forms near support, the trend can resume upward.
Trade Suggestions:
1. Short Trade (High Probability if Breakdown)
Entry: Below the low of the bearish engulfing candle.
SL: Above the high of the engulfing candle.
Target: Lower trendline support.
2. Long Trade (If Reversal at Support)
Entry: Near the lower trendline support after bullish confirmation.
SL: Below the support level.
Target: Retest of upper trendline.
