#Victoria bans single-use #plastics by 2023 to slash amount going to landfill 👇 theguardian.com/australia-ne… #DontBeTrash #ZeroWaste #Plastic
If you can #Reuse items that is much better than sending them to #Landfill or #Recycling them. Maybe you can’t reuse something but you can pass it on to someone who can. #Donate to #OpShops is a good way to go. 🙂 5/6 #DontBeTrash 👀

Most packaging is 'disposable' or 'single use'. It is only used once before it is thrown out. What a #waste! By trying to #Reduce the amount of #rubbish created in the 1st place we reduce #Litter and #Landfill. 😍 6/6 #DontBeTrash 👀
⛈ Our #Cleanup in #HaigPark has been postponed due to weather. Keep an eye out for our rescheduled date. ☔️ #DontBeTrash #Recycle #Reuse #Reduce #ZeroWaste #Canberra

#Plastic #Straws are common finds on our cleanups. @TrashieMaddie found some last #CleanUp & was not impressed. Some people need them & that’s okay. Everyone else should try not to use them or seek out biodegradable or reusable alternatives. #DontBeTrash #Canberra #ZeroWaste
