🚨 A man walked into Night Owl Pizza and Drinks in Tempe, ordered two drinks, staged his bike at the patio exit, and rode off with the elk head that has hung on the wall since opening day.😱 Staff have the footage but no name. The system kept only the credit card number. He checked out, slipped out a door near the bathrooms, and disappeared into the night with the mount. Night Owl sits near Arizona State University. One theory is a fraternity-house dare, but nothing is confirmed. The elk is gone, and the owners want it back. They are offering a $250 gift card, Night Owl merch, and serious staff love for whoever helps catch this guy. Come on X! Let’s help them get the justice they deserve! @NightOwl_az #TheHopeFiles #TempeAZ #ASU

If Karen Read’s Apple Health heart rate & movement data showed her up all night and pacing at times, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read’s iPhone showed she googled “hos long to die in cold” at 2:27am, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read deleted all her calls from around the time John O’Keefe was murdered, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read destroyed her cellphone, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read tried to divert and delay John being found like Jen McCabe did, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read hid witnesses from investigators, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read didn’t come out of her house if John was found on her lawn, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read had been calling other witnesses all day long to synchronize stories, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read had written down timelines aka “alibi scripts” (like Michelle Troconis) immediately after John’s death, they’d be using it as evidence. If Karen Read had lied about the time she left 34 Fairview, they’d be using that as evidence. If Karen Read had deleted text messages from around the time John O’Keefe was killed, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had lied about phone calls during the time John O’Keefe was killed, and then later blamed them on butt dials when caught, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had brought her cellphone to a digital kiosk and printed out her self curated text messages to give to investigators when she destroyed her phone, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read’s testimony had differed from multiple Police reports, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had deleted incriminating Google searches, and it was the only Google search from 4k+ she’d deleted, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had been snooping and spying on investigators in the days following John’s death, and texting people about it, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had provided some convenient and rehearsed excuse for not seeing John’s body in the front yard of 34 Fairview, they’d use that as evidence. If Karen Read had lied about her phone calls not being answered despite them showing up as “answered” on Cellebrite, they’d be using that as evidence. If Karen Read was being investigated by the Feds and the Feds found evidence of her guilt, they’d be using that as evidence. #KarenReadTrial #FreeKarenRead

Know your real Avengers 🚨 - Captain Smit Machchhar, who fought the attacker and opened the cockpit - Asaf Redjuan, who rushed at the attacker - Israeli dad Tzvika Mans, who tied the attacker with a cable so he couldn't move - Yaniv Hayon, who handled the aircraft and kept it stable - Dr. Shota Musaev, who treated the captain and stopped the excessive bleeding. They all worked together and made sure all those 180 passengers landed safely. Truly, men are brave 🙏

🚨BREAKTHROUGH: A 25-year-old biologist has built something that sounds like science fiction. Pilar Ferrer, from Argentina, created an injectable gel that helps the heart repair itself after a heart attack. She's 25. Let that sink in.

AN ISRAELI PLUMBER ON VACATION WITH HIS FAMILY JUST SAVED MORE THAN 170 LIVES ON THAT FLYDUBAI FLIGHT. The plane was nosediving thousands of feet, and he fought his way into the cockpit while it was plunging. The captain was lying on the floor covered in blood after the copilot stabbed him, but he still managed to kick open the cockpit door with his foot. The copilot was reportedly jamming the controls to bring the plane down, and this regular guy subdued him and pulled the plane back up. He said he knew how to do it from watching TV. By some accounts, everyone on board was about three seconds from dying. He's a normal working man who served in the Israeli army, and when it counted, he didn't freeze. That's what real courage looks like, and he deserves every bit of hero treatment coming his way.

A 2-year-old girl was thrown from a pickup truck during a crash on a bridge and landed in the cold water 25 feet below. At first she was floating on her back, but within seconds she rolled over and was face down in the bay. Jonathan Bauer was driving across the bridge with his daughter when he saw the crash and heard people screaming. He ran to the edge, saw the little girl below, took off his shoes and jumped roughly 25 feet into the water. Jonathan landed about 15 feet away, swam to her and pulled her onto his shoulder. She wasn’t responding, so he firmly tapped her back until she coughed up water and opened her eyes. A nearby pontoon boat helped get them to shore, and the little girl was airlifted to the hospital. She was released the next day, doing well. Jonathan didn’t know that child. He just saw a 2-year-old floating face down below a bridge and jumped in after her. So let’s share this story and give Jonathan the recognition he deserves. 💙

There is NO EXCUSE for killing newborn babies! 🤬 You can drop the baby off at any ER or Fire Department NO QUESTIONS asked!!!
Daycare worker in Iowa is accused of giving birth at work, fatally injuring the baby, and then placing the infant in a trash bag. Stephanie Ubaldo (20) delivered her baby at Acorns & Oaks Child Care in Perry, Iowa, on September 15th. Prosecutors allege that the baby was crying at birth and the suspect wanted to make the crying stop, so she intentionally caused injuries to the baby's face. Stephanie allegedly gave birth in the bathroom, killed the baby, put the baby in a trash bag, and planned on returning to work like nothing happened. She would not stop bleeding after the infant was born. Someone called EMS. After she left the daycare facility for medical care, the baby was discovered dead. Stephanie Ubaldo was charged with first-degree murder and taken into custody on September 17th.

HENRY WINKLER REVEALS HOW HIS FATHER HID JEWELRY INSIDE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES TO SAVE THEIR LIVES FROM THE NAZIS😳 “My parents had a six-week work visa and were able to leave Germany for six weeks to come to New York for business. My father never told my mother that he was really thinking of leaving for good.” “He took my mother’s jewelry and his mother’s jewelry, or pieces of it, melted down a box of chocolate and poured the liquid chocolate over each piece of jewelry. It looked like turtles, you know, the chocolate with nuts.” “Put it back in the box, let it dry, put the box under his arm, and when the Nazis said, Are you taking anything of value? he said, Open my bags. I have nothing.” “He pawned the jewelry, was able— now this is to be admired —was able to start the business, the lumber business, importing and exporting wood, bought back the jewelry, and I gave our son the pocket watch that was smuggled out of Germany in chocolate.”

NEW: Lindsay Clancy’s attorney, Kevin Reddington, has filed a renewed motion asking Judge William Sullivan to enter a finding of not guilty by reason of lack of criminal responsibility on all charges, rather than allow the case to proceed toward a potential second trial. Reddington says the motion does not rest on the jury’s reported 11-1 split. Under Massachusetts Rule 25, he argues that even when the trial evidence is viewed in the light most favorable to prosecutors, the Commonwealth did not present enough evidence for a rational juror to find beyond a reasonable doubt that Clancy was criminally responsible at the time of the killings. He emphasizes that all six forensic experts agreed Clancy was suffering from a serious mental illness, arguing the prosecution’s evidence of planning and her ability to perform routine tasks did not prove she could appreciate the wrongfulness of her actions or conform her conduct to the law. Reddington does note that 11 jurors were reportedly prepared to find Clancy not criminally responsible, while the foreperson said the lone holdout had “acknowledged doubt but was refusing to apply it to the case as the law states.” If Sullivan grants the Rule 25 motion based on insufficient evidence, the defense argues it would amount to an acquittal and bar a retrial. Reddington is asking for the motion to be heard Sept. 29.

🚨 SHOCKING: She tried to end relationship. He threw beer in her face and kicked her. AMBER MARIE MITCHELL went to Nachbar in Louisville, Kentucky on Sept. 3 to break it off with NATHAN SEALE. They had known each other about 30 days. She said she got a bad feeling and wanted it done in public to be safe. CCTV shows him dumping a beer on her. Then he shoves her into a bench. Then he kicks her. She filed a police report. A protective order is in place. Both of his jobs fired him. The bar banned him. Rejection is not a reason to put hands on somebody. The camera is the only reason why this did not stay a he-said story.
