Alex Caruso on Jalen Williams: "Dub is a resilient human being. He has great parents. He comes from a family of hard work and love and putting your best foot forward... His mom and dad raised their children right. Those qualities are instilled in him as a person.."

Alex Caruso on the support of the Thunder organization and team for Jalen Williams: "It's one of the blessings of this organization, there's great people around you all the time. That kind of support around you.. around Dub... makes it a little easier.. as difficult as it is still."

Feel awful for Jalen Williams. He played through a torn ligament in his shooting wrist an entire playoff run to help OKC win the title. He then tried to come back multiple times during last year's playoff run despite being hurt to try to help OKC win another title. Now after putting in a ton of work and recovering, he suffers a devastating injury to open this season. He unlocks so much of what OKC does on both sides of the court and nobody brings more energy to Loud City. Prayers up for JDub as he starts on his road to recovery.

Mark Daigneault was asked if there's any updates on the JDub, JWill and Cason Wallace injuries tonight: "No updates. Obviously Jalen, that one speaks for itself." Daigneault says that as far as Cason Wallace and Jaylin Williams, the team will update tomorrow.
