The system serves money, not humanity. Those who benefit are those who renounced their humanity to become part of the money. They let their soul become subservient to made up numbers. That's why all their sympathy is fake and they look and sound as ghoulish as they are.

Dentist was impressed with my lack of a gag reflex when they dropped a tool down the back of my throat and had to play Operation to get it back out
My New Year's resolution is to be honest with the dentist and just say no when they ask me whether I've been good about flossing since they last saw me

Cultivating compassion is not a religious practice focused on ensuring we go to heaven or a good future life. It鈥檚 about living a good day-to-day life here and now. It鈥檚 about being a happy person. Warm-heartedness is a fundamental good human quality.

We are self-centred and selfish, but we need to be wisely selfish, not foolishly so. If we neglect others, we too lose. We have to support others. We can educate people to understand that the best way to fulfil their own interest is to be concerned about the welfare of others.
