If your teens live in or near Highland, UT send them to our mission and life prep classes. They can bring friends. 8pm tonight. Will kick of with excerpts from Elder Wirthlin’s talk “Come What May and Love It”. IYKYK - message me for details

I know I suggested we chill, but a 10am start time to the rivalry game? Time to unite and riot. ha ha. Ugh. What is this Mighty Might football? ;-)
Ute and BYU fans. Maybe chill a little and follow the lead of your head coaches.
Both teams are great AND populated with imperfect 18-24 year-olds. Many of you are at the maturity level of 13 year-olds so consider just chilling and model the behavior you’d like to see rather than tearing down.
Y’all have to have family or friends who cheer for the other side. Think of them before you lose your cool.
Peace.✌️
Oh, and Go Cougs!
If you ever feel like life is moving too fast and you want it to slow down and every minute to be more like an hour. Just get on a stair climber. Holy crap, it can’t have only been less than 7 minutes so far.

Note: I myself am often at that 13 year-old maturity level. I actually had a crappy night of sleep last night after the loss. So funny that the result of a football game played by kids the age of my kids somehow stresses me out enough to lose sleep. Ha ha.
But I love ‘em. Win or lose. And I get that Utes are equally fully emotionally invested.

Tough to understand the coaching decision to not do 2 minute offense and try to go down for the game winning field goal. You get a goal line stand and instead of trying to use the last two minutes you try to kill them despite the opponent having time outs. So you find yourself subject to a potentially game winning field goal the other way and over time that is a veritable coin flip most times. Most issues I have were players making mistakes, but that seemed like a major head scratcher coaching decision.
How can Isaiah Glasker play at such a high level and still not wrap up on plays like that. He grabs him instead of pushing him and it was 4th and long. Instead we are about to give up points.
